2026 Officers
2026 Board of Governors
CAALA is governed by a Board of Governors. There are 30 elected and 10 at-large appointed board members, plus CAALA's five elected officers and the president, who are also board members. Any individual who has served as a governor for ten consecutive years is honored with the lifetime status and title of governor emeritus. CAALA members in good standing for two years are eligible for election or appointment as governors. The Board of Governors meets ten times annually and all CAALA Attorney Members are invited to attend the meetings.
