• New Client Intakes – All potential clients are informed of the safety measures we are utilizing at this time during the initial telephone conversation. USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc. ensures the health and safety of clients through social distancing, gloves, masks, and general cleanliness practices during the intake process.
• Subpoena Preparation – We will continue to accept new requests for subpoena preparations and services.
• Physical Filing – USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc. continues to deliver documents to courts that have stayed open or are available to accept fillings in drop boxes.
• eFiling – We continue to accept submissions for electronic filings. All eFilings are held in a queue if the court is not open to accept documents.
• Customer Support – Our agents are available via email or phone to assist you as always, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Service of Process – We continue to accept all process serving documents for home and business addresses.
