CAALA's Multi-Function Conference Center - Conference Rooms Available for Rent
The Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles is pleased to offer use of its state-of-the-art multi-function conference center for meetings, seminars and conferences at its Downtown Los Angeles headquarters.

Our large, flexible conference facility comfortably accommodates 150 and is available to rent. Two smaller conference rooms are available at no charge for CAALA members.
The executive conference room accommodates up to 30 people around a permanent conference-room table. It’s the perfect size for client meetings, depositions or to wait for a jury verdict when you’re in Court downtown. A wireless Polycom speaker phone system and A/V is also available. Two smaller break-out rooms are also available.
The large 1,800 square foot conference facility offers various seating, presentation and lighting configurations in different formats; including a board/class room setting for smaller programs. The full space can accomodate 150 attendees seated at tables or in a theater-style setup. In addition, the large conference facility offers the following advanced technical A/V equipment:
- Two 80" HD LCD Flat Screen Monitors
- Multiple Video Sources (Cable, DVD/CD, Computer, Apple TV)
- Streaming Video capability
- Computer Presentation Jacks
- Wi-Fi Internet Access
- Wireless Polycom Speaker Phone System
- Wireless Handheld Microphones
- Built-in Sound System
The daily rental rate for the large conference facility is $400, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is a $350 surcharge for room rentals after normal business hours and on weekends. A full-service kitchen with beverage service (coffee, tea, water) is offered with conference room rental. After hour air would need to be requested at your cost.
The CAALA Office is located at 888 W. 6th Street, 6th floor (at Figueroa), in Downtown Los Angeles. Valet parking is available in the building at a rate of $17 per hour. After 4:00pm, parking is $17.00. Reduced-price lots are also available in close proximity. A Metro Red Line station (7th Metro) is located within two blocks of the CAALA office.
