Summary

An estimated 1.5 million Americans sustain a Traumatic Brain Injury ("TBI") every year in the United States. Many of those individuals suffer significant short-term and long-term disabilities because of the brain injury. Yet, TBIs and their associated disabilities are one of the most contested areas of injury litigation, because many TBI victims never lose consciousness, appear "normal", and have negative imaging results. So how do you overcome those hurdles, prove causation, and communicate your client's damages?

Please join us for this in-depth 2-hour webinar in which experienced TBI litigators and an expert in neuropsychology will confront these issues and discuss the empirical evidence supporting your case. You will learn about the importance of neuropsychological testing, as well as the limitations of certain diagnostic tests that hide real injuries. You will gain a better understanding of the role of language and cultural background on the identification of TBI and how they affect the individual's presentation and test results. Come discover novel ways of proving up causation by looking at neuroendocrine dysfunction and associated TBI signs and symptoms. Find out proven strategies of communicating your client's injuries and damages to a jury when your client appears "normal".
