Summary

This webinar will cover auto v. bicycle cases and how to put on the strongest case possible from start to finish. The webinar will cover first steps after retaining a bicycle case including preservation of evidence and what experts are needed. Additionally, the webinar will cover how to leverage discovery for trial, how to use CA driving standards to help establish liability, and preparing your client to testify for both deposition and trial.
