Summary

This program will help you identify and explain "invisible injuries" for your cases to maximize understanding of these severe losses for the defense counsel, insurance company and the jury. The program will cover loss in (1) Wrongful Death and Survivor actions, (2) Loss of Consortium, Chronic Pain and (4) PTSD-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Learn how to maximize your case value by being able to fully explain these catastrophic losses that are not visible to the naked eye.
