Summary

This webinar is designed to teach personal injury lawyers at every level of experience how to properly work with medical records in handling their cases. It introduces a roadmap to understanding the purposes, use and admissibility of medical records from inception of your case through trial. The program will include valuable examples of how to use medical documents and demonstratives in pre-litigation, litigation and at trial, as well as how to question and limit percipient and expert witnesses at trial. It will focus on procedure and execution. The program will be taught by experienced trial counsel with valuable tips on how to navigate the evidentiary pitstops on you and your client’s “Road to Recovery”.
