Summary

Over the years, there has been an increasing awareness and recognition of the trauma suffered by children at public institutions where they are supposed to be safe and protected. These public entities have affirmative duties to protect our vulnerable youth from abuse and bullying by their peers, teachers, and other government employees. Unfortunately, those in charge often ignore the warning signs and turn a blind eye to the circumstances and information that should trigger an affirmative response. If appropriate action is taken, then a lifetime of physical, emotional, and mental trauma could be avoided.

Please join us for this in-depth 2-hour webinar about handling abuse and bullying claims against schools and public entities. The webinar shall discuss a wide range of topics pertaining to handling these types of claims, including such things as the statutes of limitation, revival windows, apportionment between entity and perpetrator liability, claim filing requirements, securing fair non-economic damage awards, and using notice and other criteria to win your case.
