Summary

This program will provide participants with an overview of what the Private Attorney General Statute (“PAGA”) is and the special administrative procedures that apply to PAGA claims. The panelists also will discuss how the California Supreme Court’s decision in the Adolph v. Uber creates new opportunities and emerging trends in PAGA litigation.
