Join Denisse Gastelum and Brooke Bove as they provide tips and insight on how to navigate the process of compelling Discovery crucial to your case when the Defense refuses to deliver. Learn about the important factors to consider in drafting your initial meet and confer letters and setting yourself up for a successful motion to compel. Ms. Gastelum and Ms. Bove will provide attendees with the tools needed to ensure all the proper steps are taken including preparing for and attending Informal Discovery Conferences when necessary.
