The discovery process is an important part of litigation as it is through this that each party fully explores their own case as well as that of the opposing side. Preparing and responding to written discovery, while not glamorous, is a crucial part of the process as it provides the parties vital information which helps develop a very clear (or not so clear) picture and understanding of exactly “what happened.” In this two-part series, participants will be taught how to effectively navigate through the written discovery process to better assist the attorney with the development and implementation of a more efficient and organized discovery plan.
