Summary

The first 30-days are critical in any police abuse case. A private autopsy needs to be done. You need to present a government claim. Canvassing the area to secure all cell phone footage, surveillance and witness statements is a must. Your go-to discovery sets will be of no use. You need to know the vernacular and the types of documents which exist in the police abuse universe. Julia and Olu will teach you everything they know about getting to the evidence early in your case.
