Summary

Dan and Minh will discuss how to approach discovery in a premises liability case, and what issues must be covered in the discovery you propound and answer. They will walk you through the discovery that is typically objected to and explain how to craft motions to get the information you are entitled to. They will also demonstrate how to effectively take a PMK /PMQ deposition, and explain how to prepare your premises liability client for deposition.
