Summary

Insurance bad faith cases arise when insurance companies breach the express or implied terms of their insurance policies. To prove that a breach occurred, it is crucial to understand principles of contract formation, policy interpretation, and the statutory regulation of insurance contracts. This webinar shall provide an overview of these principles, explain how to handle discovery in insurance cases, and educate the attendee on how to understand and use the materials produced in discovery to prove bad faith.
